The Communion Stewards serve with deep reverence and dedication in the preparation and administration of the Lord's Supper. This group ensures that the elements of communion are ready, the atmosphere is set, and the ordinance is conducted with the honour it deserves. They work quietly behind the scenes to ensure every believer partakes of communion in a worthy and orderly manner, upholding the sanctity of one of the Church's most sacred practices.

The Ushering team is the first point of contact for members and visitors as they enter the house of God. With warmth, excellence, and professionalism, they welcome everyone, manage seating arrangements, maintain orderliness during services, and ensure that every person feels valued and comfortable. They play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the love of Christ and the culture of excellence in TPM.

The Protocol team ensures that every special service, programme, and gathering runs with order, dignity, and grace. They coordinate the movement of ministers, guests, and leadership, and handle the logistics of special events with precision. Their work upholds the honour of God's house and reflects the standard of excellence that TPM is known for. They serve as a bridge between leadership and the congregation in all formal settings.

The Hospitality and Welfare team embodies the heart of God's love by caring for members, guests, and those in need within the church family. They organise welfare support, provide refreshments, visit the sick, and ensure that no one within the body feels neglected or alone. Their ministry goes beyond the four walls of the church — they are God's hands extended, showing practical love and compassion to all.

The Pure Word team is committed to the teaching, preservation, and proclamation of the undiluted Word of God. They support discipleship programmes, Bible study sessions, and scriptural education within the church. Their passion is to see believers deeply rooted in the truth of Scripture — equipped, transformed, and ready to live out their faith with knowledge and conviction. They help ensure that sound doctrine remains the foundation of everything at TPM.

The Media and Publicity team handles the visual, digital, and communication needs of the ministry. From designing flyers and managing social media to recording services and producing content, they ensure that the message of TPM reaches far beyond the church building. They are creative communicators who use modern tools to amplify the Gospel, promote events, and keep the congregation and the public informed and inspired.

The Music team leads the congregation into the presence of God through anointed worship. Comprising instrumentalists, vocalists, and choir members, they work together to create an atmosphere where hearts are softened, spirits are lifted, and God is glorified. They are not just musicians — they are worshippers who understand that music is a powerful instrument for transformation, healing, and encounter with the living God.

The Theatre and Arts team uses the power of creative expression to communicate the Gospel in compelling and memorable ways. Through drama, dance, mime, and other art forms, they bring biblical stories and spiritual truths to life. They help connect with people who may be moved more deeply through artistic expression, making the message of transformation accessible and impactful across different generations and backgrounds.

The Finance team serves as faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to Transformation Project Ministries. With integrity, transparency, and accountability, they manage the church's finances — overseeing offerings, keeping accurate records, and ensuring that funds are properly allocated for ministry activities. Their diligent service enables the church to function effectively and fulfil its God-given mandate without financial hindrance.

The Organizing team is the backbone of every TPM event and programme. They plan services, coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensures that every gathering — whether a regular Sunday service or a major event — is executed with order and purpose, allowing the congregation to focus on worship and the Word.

The Sounds and Technical team ensures that every word spoken and every song sung is heard with clarity and quality. They manage the audio systems, lighting, projectors, live streaming setups, and all technical equipment used during services and events. Their skilled and dedicated service runs largely behind the scenes, but it plays a critical role in creating an environment where every member of the congregation can fully participate in the service.

The Growth team is dedicated to the spiritual development and integration of every member of TPM. They follow up with new converts, connect visitors with the church community, and ensure that no one falls through the cracks. Through discipleship, mentorship, and intentional relationships, they help believers move from new members to rooted, fruitful disciples who are actively serving God and contributing to the growth of the church.

The Literature team is responsible for distributing the books, devotionals, and written resources produced by and associated with TPM. They ensure that life-changing materials — including the works of Apostle Andrews A. Ofori — are made available to members, guests, and the wider public. Their work extends the ministry's reach, providing believers with practical tools to grow in their faith and deepen their understanding of God's Word.

The Miscellaneous team is a versatile and flexible group that steps in wherever there is a need. They provide support across multiple departments, assist with special projects, and fill in the gaps that arise during events and programmes. Their willingness to serve in any capacity demonstrates true humility and dedication. This team embodies the spirit of servant leadership — always ready, always available, and always giving their best for God's house.

The Pastor's Office team provides direct administrative and pastoral support to the leadership of TPM. They assist with scheduling, correspondence, coordination, and the day-to-day operational needs of the ministry's leadership. Their work ensures that the pastor and leadership team can focus fully on their God-given mandate. This team operates with a high level of discretion, loyalty, and commitment — serving as trusted pillars in the running of the ministry.
